Carassauga 2018: Mississauga Festival of Cultures
Weekend-long of live performances, artisans, food, history and culture. Visit Mississauga’s ethnic pavilions. The Carassauga Canada Pavilion is at the Royal Canadian Legion. The Portugal Pavilion is at the Portuguese Cultural Club of Mississauga. Other locations throughout Mississauga. One passport gets you into everything all weekend long. Passports are $10 in advance, or $12 at the door of any pavilion.

Streetsville Bread and Honey Festival 2018
MPP Bob Delaney will have his booth in the Vic Johnston Arena as usual. Since 1973, the Bread and Honey Festival has been a signature event in Streetsville. To volunteer, contact the organizing committee on the Bread and Honey Festival web site.

Streetsville Canada Day Celebrations
Calling all volunteers! The Streetsville Business Improvement Association is looking for volunteers ages 13+ for the annual Streetsville Canada Day Celebrations. The event runs from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and all high school students will receive letters confirming their volunteer hours. Volunteers must be available at 3pm. MuslimFest celebrates the best in Muslim arts and entertainment. Featuring local and international artists who showcase their talent in various areas, concerts featuring popular Muslim artists, comedy shows, a multicultural bazaar, a kids carnival, and more.

Streetsville BIA Spooktacular
For children ages 3 to 8 to come dressed in their costumes to enjoy this FREE Halloween event. Last year almost 300 spooky children had a great time! The Streetsville BIA collected 250 pounds of food and $250 for the food bank. Festivities include crafts, colouring, games, scary tales and more. Loot bags to the first 300 children.
