Seasonal flu and H1N1 shots are free! Get them both!
One flu shot down, one to go: clinic info

You wouldn't run your computer without an anti-virus application. So why would you treat your body any different? It is once again flu season. Moreover, the dangerous H1N1 flu virus is also on everyone's mind this year.

Flu shots are free. There is no reason not to get one! You and your whole family need to get a free H1N1 shot and flu shot this year, and every year.

This year, you will need two shots. You can get them both at the same time, or get them at different times at clinics or at your doctor's office. Most people will get their H1N1 shot first, in November. You will then get your seasonal flu shot in December. See below for clinics in western Mississauga.

Despite the proven benefits and zero cost, only about half of all Ontarians get a flu shot on a year-to-year basis. Help get that percentage up, and get on the case of any holdout who might give you the flu to get a flu shot.
